Honda owners often do not spring for the extra expense of a vanity license plate, probably because often of the fiscal cost savings, and also partly because Honda’s are amongst the most boring cars on the road. We found one equipped with an even more boring vanity license plate than normal of DPKA which is probably a set of initials.
