DROPOUT

This car is so heavily modified that we are not even sure what it started as. But we do know it is equipped with a vanity license plate of DROPOUT. Which is probably pointing to at least one of two things, one it is extremely lowered which we don’t fully understand from a practical standpoint living in Michigan home of terrible roads. Second we suppose that the driver could be a college, or even a high school “dropout”.
