Classic lifted Rat Rodded Packard Clipper vanity license plate idea inspired by the car being an old girl: OLDGRRL

The weather is breaking in Michigan and much of the rust belt states. The good news with that is the really fun deserving vehicles that have vanity license plates are starting to come out of hibernation.

Case in point, our first ever spotted Packard with a personalized Michigan vanity license plate, also just in case you missed it, it was LIFTED! This was basically a rat rod Packard Clipper. We are not Packard nuts, so no clue on the proper year but it was very cool.
