When we see Michigan registred vehicles with university plates, it is typically U of M, or Michigan State, it’s almost a rare sighting to see a Western Michigan University license plate.

Also interesting is that this is on a Hummer, which more often than not when you see a Hummer driving around has a vanity license plate on it.
