Personalized Volvo vanity license plate idea inspired by being California: I AM CA

We’ve never seen someone that has a European license plate, and didn’t take it off, but actually put their American license plate over the top. I guess it’s one way to show that you loved your Volvo so much that you paid to have it shipped to Michigan.

We have no idea what a CA is though. Maybe this driver is actually the entire state of California?
