Pretty much since the creation of the video camera man has been fascinated with slow motion. Dave Chappelle famously had a bit about slow motion making everything cooler and better in his hit TV show.

The Max Payne video game called it bullet time and it was used like a super power.

And today it becomes immortalized as a vanity license plate. We do wonder if it helps fight off speeding tickets.
