Personalized Michigan Lamborghini vanity plate idea :HOWSICK

I’m not an expert on sickness, or Lamborghini’s but I believe this Lambo to be a Murciélago convertible, spotted with the Michigan registered personalized vanity license plate HOWSICK. Clearly the driver has had a bit of cabin fever as he took this out on a fairly early spring day.

We don’t know for sure, but we can’t help but wonder if this driver is a high end top of their field doctor, who is always asking their patients “How Sick” are you?

This was somewhat modified Lambo with bright neon green rear glass, and it also has bright green wheels. Spotted around Metro Detroit.
