Possibly this driver’s career was “made” in LA. Could even be that they were conceived , or born in LA.

However we think this could be some sort of housewife self depreciating humor using La like the French do except they us it as “Le” and Made as in well should be spelled “maid”. So there is a chance that this is just someone’s disgruntled wife and mom.
