Today is Victory Day in the United States of America which celebrates the triumph of victory over Japan in World War II.

2018 was really the start of World War II memorial events where very few, and in the case of the Hawaii memorial for Pearl Harbor for the first time no survivors showed up. Just about anyone involved in this War is into their 90’s, and the last 5 remaining survivors of the Pearl Habor attack are much closer to 100 years old than 90.
